S-Corp Saver is a free educational estimator. It does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice, and using it does not create a client relationship of any kind. Every situation has specifics a general calculator cannot capture. Consult a licensed CPA, Enrolled Agent, or attorney before you elect S-corp status, set a salary, or file anything.
Estimates, not guarantees
The calculator uses simplified assumptions. It estimates the federal payroll-tax difference and a few state entity-level costs. It does not model the QBI deduction, income-tax bracket effects, retirement contributions, or many situation-specific factors. Tax figures change year to year, and the reasonable-salary output is a rough starting range, not a recommendation. Your real result can differ materially.
